All bookings require a non refundable deposit depending on your chosen service from the following: $30: Eyelash Extension Full Sets, Infills and Lash Lifts $20: Henna Brows, Brow Lamination and Brow Dyes $10: Waxing Services $50: Cosmetic Tattooing In order to secure your booking, the deposit must be made via: - direct bank transfer (a copy of the receipt is required) - online via Square - cash (only for rebooking on the day) This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your appointment through cash, direct bank transfer, or card payment (2% surcharge applies).

If you need to reschedule, please click the link in the confirmation email and follow the prompts or let us know 48 hours before your appointment. Your deposit can only be transferred to a later date if the appointment is rescheduled with 48 hours given notice. All rescheduled appointments that fail to provide 48 hours notice will forfeit their deposit and will need to place a new deposit to secure their next booking. All cancellations (regardless of how much notice is given) will forfeit their deposit.

All no-shows and same day cancellations will have their deposit forfeited and will be charged the complete service amount automatically through our online system or manually transferred when requested. Another deposit will then be required to continue with a future booking.

If you are running late, please inform us through a text message. 10 extra minutes makes a big difference in the outcome of your chosen service. Any late arrivals after 20 minutes could potentially be cancelled and a rescheduling process is required following our policy.

You must have 40% of your lashes remaining for an infill. Anything less than 40% or anything above 4 weeks will be charged as a full set. If you have existing eyelash extensions from another lash artist, a removal and a Full Set is required.

Payment types accepted; cash, bank transfer, and card. Please note that there is a 2% surcharge for all card payments.
